Schooltraq for Mobile Web, our official mobile webapp, is developed and supported through a strategic partnership. The Schooltraq team provides support for this app.
We take all billing inquiries very seriously and will work with you to ensure your issue is resolved. Although we are a small business, our payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-certified credit card processor, and we encrypt necessary traffic to prevent snooping.
